Life is constantly expressing

Life is constantly expressing itself.

The whole creation is getting expressed every moment. Whether “I” am here or not, expression continues to happen constantly.

Creation does not think, yet it is alive, active, and complete.

What is that which is in a constant expressive mode?

If you look at the creation, it has all the dimensional possibilities in it. That is why it is called creation; creation is complete.

In the process of life within this creation, whatever is destined to happen will happen.

When something is destined, it is a happening. There is no question of interference in it.

Interference comes from separation

Interference always comes out of separation.

Wherever interference is there, effort is there. Wherever effortlessness is there, how can there be interference?

When something happens out of union, out of oneness, it cannot be called interference.

That is why Yoga is called union, not separation.

There is no effort in union

Any process, either cleansing, meditation, or transformation, when it happens out of separation, becomes interference.

When it happens out of union, out of oneness, it is simply life aligning with itself.

That is the evolutionary process built into creation itself.

There is no effort in it, and therefore no interference.

Meditation is a happening

Meditation is not something to be done. It is a happening.

In meditation, as far as possible, there is no movement, only pure stillness and stability.

In presence, there is no yesterday and no tomorrow, no mind and no unawareness.

Life is touched in the dimension where it is constantly expressing.

Beyond “I” and beyond “me”

The whole creation is expressing every moment. I am also getting expressed every moment. What is that which continues to express, whether I am aware of it or not?

Thoughts may arise, unawareness may arise, don’t do anything with them. Whenever thoughts or unawareness happen, come back to the expressive dimension of life beyond “I” and beyond “me”.

Don’t slip into imagination or illusion, just be an expressive life, without perception, without interpretation.

Creation doesn’t think

Creation doesn’t think.

Why should life think?

The mind always tries to seek something. Don’t seek anything, just be as it is. The mind which seeks, to get what, to be what?

Don’t try to get anything, don’t try to become anything, establish in pure presence.

What is supposed to be the easiest

Being contentful, in active beingness, and in total contentment, without objections.

To be active and expressive through actions is easy: to run, to work, to play music, to eat, to watch the sky, to look at a tree, all that is easy.

What is supposed to be the easiest, staying with the Self, why does it appear so difficult?

Because of imprints. Because of memories.

Don’t do anything with imprints and memories, constantly establish in the true Self. Be that expressiveness itself, just witness why there is a tendency to slip into the thinking process.

Creation doesn’t think. Be the happening itself, not a thought.

States of mind come and leave

A leaf falling from a tree, appearing and disappearing

States of mind keep on coming and leaving, like a leaf falling from a tree, they appear and disappear. There is no difference between a leaf in nature and a state of mind; both arise and fall.

One state of mind is nothing in this enormous creation.

Within one single life, how many states of mind have you passed through? Childhood, youth, seeking, working, achieving, millions of states pass, and all of them leave.

Don’t condense life into a state of mind

To condense such a vast, complete life into serving a state of mind is a missed opportunity.

Life is vast, expressive, blissful, and constantly active. Don’t make your life a byproduct of situations, desires, wants, or states of mind. Don’t reduce life to a mental condition.

Meditation as a fact check

Meditation becomes a true fact check, it shows very clearly where you are. If thoughts are continuously arising, it indicates that there is seeking. If there is seeking, it shows a lack of contentment with life as it is.

If you are contentful, thoughts will not arise. If you are happy, you are healthy. Contentment, happiness, and health are not separate; they are expressions of the same state of life.

Which zone do you enter?

If thoughts dominate, it indicates a push from the background, to get, to resolve, to reach somewhere.

Why can’t I just be in presence?

In life, everything is available. Health is available; sickness is also available. To stay in presence is available; to stay in seeking is also available.

Which zone you enter determines the state of life you experience. You cannot enter one zone and claim to be in another.

In the same way that you cannot be in one room and claim to be on the moon, you cannot live in a zone of seeking and claim contentment. Life is very factual.

Don’t stay behind anything

It is easy to hide behind actions, behind work, music, walking, or activity. A cover is created, and behind that cover one can hide.

Don’t stay behind anything.

Be that life itself

Be who you are, be that life itself.

Life is charming, blissful, and constantly active. That true life nourishes, brings wisdom, health, and clarity.

Leaving “me” by being fully alive

The concept of “me” will leave one day, whether after twenty years, thirty years, or fifty years. It has left many lives already.

Instead of waiting for death to take it away, leave it now by being fully alive. Leave it through total living.

To what extent life is lived beyond “me” and beyond “I”, to that extent the true Self begins to manifest.

That true life nourishes forever.

Tadā draṣṭuḥ svarūpe’vasthānam.

Then only the true Self manifests.

Be who you are.

Be that life itself.
