Each detail of the ashram environment is designed to create the space needed for effective practice.

Participants registering for this course in Mysore will be arranged to stay as guests at a serene Ashram surrounded by beautiful nature, located 20 minutes away from Mysore.

Arrival on Friday at 3:00 pm, followed by a land tour at 4:00 pm and dinner at 5:15 pm.
5:45 – 6:00 am – Pranayama practice
6:00 – 7:15 am – Posture
7:15 – 7:30 am – Slow walk with awareness keeping the mind in present
7:45 – 8:30 am – Pranayama session
8:30 – 9:00 am – Soup
11:15 – 11:45 am – Sattvic brunch
12:45 – 1:00 pm – Pranayama practice
1:00 – 1:45 pm – Guided meditation
2:45 – 3:15 pm – Ayurvedic juice
3:00 – 4:00 pm – Practical exercise: Barefoot walk/silent meditation
4:45 – 5:15 pm – Sattvic dinner
6:45 – 7:00 pm – Pranayama practice: Optional
8:00 – 8:30 pm – Fruit
