ANIKET
INDIA
Yoga Gita has brought a true approach to Yoga and how it should be conveyed to the public. The approach by Vijay and the team has shown there is more to Yoga than just the postures. I am glad to have had the opportunity to attend this retreat and how it. changed my way of thinking and approaching Yoga, as well as everyday life.

JURGEN
AUSTRIA
This was a great yoga experience. Especially I liked the yoga sessions that were very spiritually oriented. This was a new way of doing yoga for me, having met many other teachers before. I also liked the people there a lot, which are very friendly and supportive.
The program was holistic and well-structured. I could feel the effect of all the practices almost real time. 🙂 The ashram environment, accommodation, and food were all conducive for me to go more inward. I would definitely recommend the program and the center to all spiritual seekers and those who want to improve their quality of life.

Health: a disconnection from yoga’s essence can negatively affect physical health and emotional well-being, leaving practitioners feeling unfulfilled
