The Vision Behind our 200- Hour yoga teacher Training
Yoga is far more than a collection of practices. It is a way of understanding yourself, your relationship with life and your place within the greater whole.
This training has been created to support that understanding. Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Philosophy, Karma Yoga and Self-practice are not approached as separate subjects, but as different expressions of one path. As your understanding deepens, the distinction between practice and daily life gradually begins to dissolve.
The aim is not simply to complete a teacher training, but to establish a foundation that continues to unfold throughout your life. From this understanding, sharing Yoga with others becomes a natural extension of your own practice.
After the Training
- Upon successful completion of the course, you will be eligible to register as an RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance.
- More importantly, you will leave with a deeper understanding of Yoga, a steady foundation for Self-practice and practical tools that continue to support you in daily life.

ANIKET
INDIA
Yoga Gita has brought a true approach to Yoga and how it should be conveyed to the public. The approach by ViGo and the team has shown there is more to Yoga than just the postures. I am glad to have had the opportunity to attend this retreat and how it changed my way of thinking and approaching Yoga, as well as everyday life.

JURGEN
AUSTRIA
This was a great Yoga experience. Especially I liked the yoga sessions that were very spiritually oriented. This was a new way of doing Yoga for me, having met many other teachers before. I also liked the people there a lot, which are very friendly and supportive.
The programme was holistic and well-structured. I could feel the effect of all the practices almost real time. 🙂 The ashram environment, accommodation, and food were all conducive for me to go more inward. I would definitely recommend the programme and the center to all spiritual seekers and those who want to improve their quality of life.

Health: a disconnection from Yoga’s essence can negatively affect physical health and emotional well-being, leaving practitioners feeling unfulfilled
