Ashram Stay

Experience life at Yoga Gita Ashram

Yoga Gita Ashram is a space for inner transformation, shaped over time by the presence of expertised teachers and sincere practitioners from around the world.

Throughout the year, the Ashram welcomes those who wish to take a break, recharge, deepen their Yoga practice, or simply spend a few days in an authentic spiritual space.

If you are

Someone who...

Enjoys reading in nature, who wishes to experience the flow of water between the rocks of the Kaveri River, who prefers silence, who lives without complaints, who appreciates sattvic vegetarian food, and who embraces situations with love and openness… If you feel at ease in an Ashram environment, and long to experience the stars, the moon, and the sounds of nature at night, surrounded by people oriented towards inner growth and the evolution of the soul, then this place may be for you.

Here, you will stay within an international community. Surrounded by people oriented towards inner growth and the evolution of the soul. It is not a resort or a hotel, but an ashram environment with a simple and steady flow of daily life: waking early, spending time in silence, sharing moments of practice, and offering small acts of service. All these aspects invite you to a natural alignment with a quieter, more conscious way of living.
