Who can join ?
No prerequisite needed. The Manvantara programme can be attended by adults, and teenagers from the age of 12 onwards.

Participants registering for this course in Mysore, will be arranged to stay as guests at a serene ashram surrounded by beautiful nature, located 20 minutes away from Mysore.

The day begins at 9:30 am and continues until 4:45 pm, offering a full, immersive experience throughout the programme. Participants are suggested to come without breakfast.
