SADHANA
PROGRAMME
Live, practice, and transform, under the guidance and in presence of Sage ViGo
For anyone seeking to evolve spiritually, it is essential to live for an extended time in a space guided by a realised teacher. The Sadhana Programme at Yoga Gita Ashram offers exactly this, under the guidance and presence of Sage ViGo.
Living within a spiritually-oriented international community creates a unique space for transformation. Here, many aspects of life naturally begin to realign: the way you think, the way you relate with others, the depth and richness of your silence, your relationship with food, your experience of happiness, your connection to the life purpose, and your entry into the soul’s evolutionary space. In this field, you discover the ability to embody love itself and to allow life to express its clarity through you.
Each of these essential pillars of Self-realisation is gently nurtured and strengthened by living in this environment. If you are seeking a lifetime transformation, this programme opens the door.

FAQ
Your Questions Answered
What makes the Sadhana Programme unique?
When someone chooses to live in a spiritually oriented community, a subtle but profound shift often becomes possible: personal transformation becomes easier and more natural. This does not happen by chance, but through the unique combination of environment and guidance that such communities provide.
On one hand, there is the functional environment. The daily rhythm, the shared tasks, the structure, and the lifestyle are all designed to support inner growth. These elements create a space where it becomes easier to live with awareness, to see habitual patterns, and to engage in practices that support deep change.
On the other hand, there is the energetic and teaching dimension. The guidance of a realised master, the practices offered, the wisdom shared, the subtle atmosphere of the place, the collective energy, the presence, and the silence: together they form a field that nurtures growth on a deeper level. Even aspects that may feel intangible, such as the energy created by others living in alignment or the quiet support of shared discipline, play a role in facilitating transformation.
A crucial cornerstone of the Sadhana Programme is the quality of the practices themselves. These teachings have the potential to catalyse evolution, but their true power unfolds when they are applied regularly in a supportive environment over an extended period. It is this combination of the high-quality, transformational practices, the opportunity to apply them consistently, and the commitment to live in alignment with the programme’s structure, that makes the Sadhana Programme truly transformational.
Are there any requirements to join the Sadhana Programme?
Joining the Sadhana Programme does not require any formal prerequisites. What matters is an inner readiness, a genuine willingness to commit deeply to your own growth and transformation. This path arises from a deep desire to grow, to transform, and to live in fuller alignment with your true essence.
Entering the path of Sadhana is a personal commitment. It calls for sincerity, presence, and consistency, and unfolds as a living practice when it is the right moment. While the programme provides a space where inner growth is nurtured and where each participant moves at their own pace, the true work always comes from within.
Is this suitable for someone just starting on the path, or only for advanced seekers?
The Sadhana Programme is open to both beginners and advanced seekers. What matters is not how much you already know or how long you’ve practiced, but the sincerity of your intention. For someone just starting, the structure, guidance, and supportive environment provide a foundation to begin the journey with clarity. For those already experienced, the same space allows a deepening, an opportunity to refine, realign, and expand their practice.
In essence, the programme meets each participant where they are, offering the right conditions for growth at every stage on their path.
Is this suitable for someone just starting on the path, or only for advanced seekers?
No, there are no such requirements. However, for first-time participants the minimum stay to enrol in the Sadhana Programme is 6 months. A 3-month package is available only for returning participants who have already completed the programme.
