Overview
The Teacher Training Course is designed to train you to become an efficient Yoga teacher and also to evolve in your spiritual journey. From that angle, the 200 hours establishes the foundations for a grounded Self practice, so that the teachings can evolve in the direction of understanding the Self as per Patanjali Yoga Sutra.
In this course, the foundation of the teachings is established. A deep and clear understanding of “What is Yoga” as explained in Patanjali Yoga Sutra (Samadhi Pada, Chapter 1) is established, as well as how a practice can reform any committed practitioner at the deepest level through an authentic approach. The course gives all the practical tools and the necessary understanding of how the Sutras can be applied on the mat, to develop a firm base for the self practice. This base itself becomes the foundation of the transformation toward meeting your true Self. Along with this, the confidence to teach will be built, not only out of understanding of the philosophy but also out of a direct experience of it, from which a qualitative teaching arises.

Overview
The 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course at Yoga Gita is a unique opportunity to delve deeper into the subject of Yoga. This program is the next step after being introduced to the practice of Yoga; as it will guide you to evolve your practice so that you can move into the dimension of being, through the medium of doing.
Over the course of this intensive learning, you will be exposed to the core essence of Yoga, and will learn the practical tools for your self-practice and understand how to share them. The depth of the subject, coming from the deep roots of Yogic essence and presently taught nowhere in the world, will be shared.
Our 300 hours program is designed to illuminate the way of practicing Yoga; which has been expressed by many great Sages (realized souls) – a way to get rid of pains, sufferings and ignorance. This language of expression will be taught to you from the direction of understanding the core essence of Yoga and its practical adoption in your practice and daily life.
During the course we ensure that all students are provided with all the tools to be a complete teacher; you will be learning how to design a series, to teach to practitioners and your knowledge about adapting the subject for teaching in daily classes / workshops will be polished.

Yoga Gita was built as a platform to share the knowledge of Yoga. With this in mind, our 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training course is open for everyone. Previous experience in teaching Yoga is not required. It will be an experience which brings a totally new dimension to your life expression.
However, we do advise that practitioners who are completely new to the subject of Yoga consider taking the 200 hours course before starting this more in-depth 300 hours program. During this course, certain areas of the subject of Yoga will be better understood once the student has built an experience of the main principles covered in the 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course.

Overview
What is Pancha Kosha? Pancha means five and Kosha means sheaths. This Pancha Kosha Retreat has a holistic approach to rejuvenate and detox you at all the 5 layers of your Self-expression. The Pancha Kosha Retreat can be considered as a process which has a deeper and longer lasting effect than a Panchakarma detox, which mainly works at the body level only.
In life, you may meet many people, but you may end up not meeting your own Self. Very rarely someone gets to know oneself at all the 5 layers of existence (Pancha Kosha); body, breath, mind, wisdom and soul.
Experiencing your Self at the 5 layers, is the base for the highest detoxification and rejuvenation process possible. This is also the key towards resolving any health issues, being efficient in day to day life and evolving in the journey of life.
