The programme offers a day of relaxation with posture practices and meditation sessions guided through an organized practice system to explore yourself and to bring out the full potentiality of your life. Yoga Vacation is curated to help you get away from the everyday city life to a calm and relaxing environment to be able to find answers and explore different dimensions of oneself. Anyone without any prior experience of Yoga and meditations can attend the programme. 

The day at the ashram is filled with yogis and like minded people from different nations and walks of life. Open your mind and body to the inner truths of life with pranayama, meditations and asana practice sessions. Spend time with nature, listening to the sounds of birds, the hustling winds and the water chiming through the river. Find peace and joy of life in the serenity of Yoga Gita Ashram.

6:00 – 7:15 am Posture

7:15 to 7:30 am – Slow walk with awareness keeping the mind in present

7:45 am – 8:30 am Pranayama

8:30 am Soup / Healthy Drink

10:45 am – Brunch

12:45  – 1:00 pm – Pranayama Practice

1:00 – 1:45 pm – Guided Meditation

2:15 pm – Juice

3:00 – 4:00 pm – Practical exercise – Barefoot walk on the grass/ riverside silent meditation

4:45 pm – Dinner

6:45 – 7:00 pm – Pranayama Practice – Optional

 

Food : 8:30 am- Soup / Healthy Drink 

10:45 am – Brunch (Savic Food along with green salads) 

2:15 pm – Ayurvedic Drink + Fruit

4:45 pm – Dinner (Savic Food along with green salads)

No prerequisite in Yoga required. Manvantara programme can be attended by teenagers from the age of 12 onwards.

To make a reservation for the Yoga Vacation a reservation fee of € 100 is required. This fee is not refundable.

No Alcohol, No smoking, No loud music, No drugs or any such kind of psychedelic elements, No Arguments, No shouting. Maintaining a calm and pleasant way of interaction. No disturbing the birds, No swimming & throwing stones in the river/water. Not to pluck anything from the garden. Not to enter other rooms without permission. No Non-vegetarian food.

The fees per day start from € 70 / Night / Person, based on a stay in a double / twin shared room.  

This includes the food: Two wholesome, vegetarian and healthy meals per day. Consisting of freshly made sattvic food with mainly vegetables and pulses from our organic garden.

Drinks : Nourishing soup is served in the morning and refreshing juice in the afternoon.
