Your participation in the training is confirmed only after the registration fee or the said course fees is paid.
● In the unlikely event that a Programme workshop or retreat is canceled by Yoga Gita, then 100% of the payment will be refunded, or an alternative retreat or training will be offered according to the registered participants. This does not include the cancellation of the training due to external circumstances such as conflicts between the countries, pandemics, bans on travel by a specific country etc.
● Yoga Gita accepts no responsibility for cancellation, delays, changes or losses caused by acts of God, war, and a threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, natural disasters, accidents or any other events beyond our control. This includes injuries, illnesses, medical or psychiatric conditions of trainees developed during or after the course, and loss of, or damage to, personal property during the training.
● If a programme, workshop or retreat must be abandoned or interrupted due to exceptional circumstances, there will not be a refund if more than half of the training has been completed (start and finish dates inclusive).
● No refund is applicable when the student decides to leave the training for any reason.
● However, if the training is canceled due to exceptional circumstances before the mid-way, the trainees will be able to re-register for future training with a minimum payment for the food and accommodation.
● Yoga Gita accepts no responsibility for flight costs if training, workshops or retreats are canceled. The Institution is not liable for any flight cancellation, rescheduling or delays.
● Injury or illness before or during the training by partaking in training, workshops, retreats or classes, trainees retain control and direction over all their physical activities and voluntarily assume entire liability and accept the risk of harm, including physical injury and discomfort as a result of their participation in activities during the program. Yoga Gita accepts no liability for any injury or illnesses to trainees during the training, workshops, retreats or classes.
● Yoga Gita reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion.

● Cancellation Policy for Online Classes : If you do not attend a booked Online Live class or cancel with less than 2 hours notice you will still be charged for the entire class / Programme.
● You can cancel your online class booking online up to 2 hours before the scheduled class start time by contacting Yoga Gita.
● When you cancel your booking within the set time limit of 2 hours prior to the start of the class, you can avail the same to attend any other similar online class of the same cost within the next 90 days. The same needs to be notified to Yoga Gita via written email or message over a whatsapp to the official number and email ID
● The 2 hour cancellation limit allows you to offer your place to another student for the same program or any program of the same cost within the next 90 days
● If you’re unable to provide the requisite notice, you will forfeit the class
● For One Day programme, Pre-payment in full is required at time of registration

Cancellation: Your registration is cancellable if requested anytime 45 days before the training / Course / Programme begins
● No refund of the fee paid under any circumstances in case of cancellations in the last 45 days before the training / Course / Programme begins.
● If the student is unable to participate in the training / Course / Programme, the fee can be transferable to a future course under exceptional circumstances if requested anytime before 45 days to the start of the course. One can transfer the paid amount to any future course, not necessarily the same style for which the initial deposit was made. For Ex. If the registration fee was paid for a 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Programme, and the student decides to take the Pancha Kosha Retreat in the future, it is completely acceptable.
● Postponing the participation: Your registration can be transferred to future training / Course / Programme anytime 45 days before the beginning of the training / Course / Programme. However, the transfer of the registration is not possible (and no refund as well) if the transfer of registration is requested within the last 45 days before the training / Course / Programme begins.
● If a student needs to withdraw from the training / Course / Programme for special circumstances, due to illness, accident, death in the family, or other circumstances that make it impractical for the student to complete the training / Course / Programme Yoga Gita may give a partial refund to the student in the exercise of its discretion and Yoga Gita will provide a reasonable and fair refund.
● Yoga Gita will not give any refunds or credits after the training / Course / Programme starts.
● Any notice of cancellation or withdrawal by a student must be provided by certified email or whatsapp to the official Yoga Gita credentials.
● No refunds will be given if Yoga Gita removes a student from the training / Course / Programme for bad conduct. Bad conduct is violation of the Code of Conduct, harassment, bullying, or any other behavior that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the ashram or to fellow students.
